Course content is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of course materials.

4.3 Certifications

Certificates of completion are awarded based on course requirements. Certificates represent completion of course materials and do not constitute professional certification unless explicitly stated.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Pricing

Course prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases, including applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges to your payment method.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy. To request a refund, contact support@kloudsavvy.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

5.4 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is owned by KloudsavvyLMS or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (reviews, comments, forum posts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

"KloudsavvyLMS" and related logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLOUDSAVVYLMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KloudsavvyLMS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

KloudsavvyLMS is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, Amazon.com Inc., Google LLC, Docker Inc., The Linux Foundation, or HashiCorp Inc.

Our courses are original educational content created by our instructors. Certificates of completion awarded by KloudsavvyLMS are not vendor certifications and do not replace or substitute for official certification exams administered by the respective trademark holders.
